Dan has over 35 years of operating experience in the communications, Internet and datacenter industry. Prior to that, he was working in the IT industry with Amdahl Corporation in technical, management and sales roles, where he had responsibility for over $30 million of direct customer revenue. Daniel Legault – President & COO

Bill has extensive experience as a Datacenter Senior Technical Authority, performing hundreds of Datacenter assessments, managing datacenter construction projects (design/build), and running and implementing Datacenter Facility Operations for clients like Bell and Rogers. He also spent many years consulting in the Telecommunications industry across a variety of business segments (transport network, fiber to the buildings, wireless/mobility solutions and supporting applications such as provisioning, billing, CRM and analytics). Previous clients include Rogers, Bell Canada, Bell Mobility, ExcelaCom Canada Inc., SaskTel, BridgePoint International, Videotron, Cogeco, OLG, Hydro One, 151 Front Street Holdings Ltd., MCI, Nortel, BlackBerry and other prominent organizations.

Nicholas was previously Assistant Controller at CBG (a joint venture owned by Rio Tinto Alcan and Alcoa, the site being one of the largest producers of bauxite (aluminium ore) in the world in Guinea, Africa. He was responsible for the production and analysis of financial statements, financial controls and the supervision of 14 employees. Prior to that, Nicholas worked at PwC’s Montreal office as a Senior External Auditor.
