As part of our incorporation services we will also assist you in making the right choice of type, name of company and jurisdiction. The minimum share capital required to set up a company in Malta is €1,200. Only 20% of the share capital needs to be paid-up.
As opposed to other legal systems, Maltese law does not allow companies to adopt a standard Memorandum & Articles of Association enabling a company to undertake any legal activity under the general objective of ‘doing business’. However, its objects may include any business or investment activity or trading interests in and/or outside Malta.
