WHO WE ARE:
FACES (Finding A Cure For Epilepsy & Seizures)
works to improve the quality of life for all people
affected by epilepsy through supporting research,
clinical programs, education and awareness, and
community-building events. Its programs continue
to grow in scope and ambition as we strive to
understand the causes of epilepsy, develop better
therapies, and improve the lives of patients and
families who seek treatment at NYU Langone’s
Comprehensive Epilepsy Center.
I came to New York from over 1,000 miles away to have brain surgery performed, which was a very stressful time… the blessings of FACES came into my life and provided my family and me a comfortable, safe, and caring environment during our time of need.
