Tri-Point is headquartered in Houston, Texas and was co-founded by Britt Schmidt and David Lucke, experienced oil executives who sought to build an oil and gas company that was innovative, bold and never afraid to tackle difficult challenges. Schmidt and Lucke act as Tri-Point’s CEO and CFO, respectively, and each brings a diverse array of expertise and knowledge that allows them to effectively protect stakeholder interests and steer the company through any obstacle.

We leverage our core brands: Leed Fabrication, Streamline Production Services, Superior Fabrication, Edge Manufacturing & Technology and Crossfire Sales & Services. Before joining the Tri-Point family, each brand was a strong fabricator and leader in their region.
