Myths

• Eat lots of grains. A sweet by any other name.

• Saturated fat is bad for us. Have you ever seen a canola tree?

• Cholesterol causes heart disease. The scab caused the cut.

• Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Flush out your nutrients.
