How to bookAll arrangements for a Manaaki Adventures NZ sports tour

are finalised via our online application form where coaches,

managers and teams select the period of time they will be in

New Zealand, areas of the country they wish to visit, how many

games they’d like to play, information regarding the playing level

of the team, what adventure and sight-seeing activities they’d

like to participate in, the level of travel and accommodation,

and the specialist coaching sessions they’d like to include.

An itinerary and quote will be based on this information.

New Zealanders grow up watching sport, playing sport,

listening to sport - even dreaming sport. This means, we have

some of the best facilities and coaching staff.

While in New Zealand, teams will experience New Zealand culture

through a traditional powhiri (welcome) and other Maori tikanga

practices (haka) as well as being billeted, participating in adventure

activities and indulging themselves in the New Zealand sports culture.

Skills and expertiseOur sports tours cater for all sports, but for rugby teams in particular, we can provide specialist coaching on the following key elements of the game:

Coaches and parentsBehind every great sports team is a team of coaches, managers, personnel and parents. At Manaaki Adventures NZ we ensure this team of support staff has an experience to remember as well.

While students are under the expert eye of our coaches and tour guides, we can organise a separate itinerary that showcases the best New Zealand has to offer. This can include luxury options such as wine tours on beautiful Waiheke Island or helicopter flights over some of the country’s most spectacular scenery.

Touring coaches will also have the opportunity to liaise with other professional coaches to share knowledge and ideas.
