Valet Trash pick-up doesn’t have to be so expensive!

Five (5) Days a Week Service:

Collection occurs five (5) nights per week, Sunday night through Thursday night. In order to keep your community beautiful, during leasing hours we ask residents to leave their trash can out between 6PM and 8PM, and ask that the can is removed before 9 or 10AM the following morning.Service will begin after 8PM.

Trash Receptacles for all your Residents:

In order to provide you with the cleanest, most uniform service, we will give each resident in the community a white, 13 gallon trash can free of charge. We will also continue to replace the trash cans should they become damaged, or needed by a new tenant.

Professional Team Members:

All White’s Trash Services employees, or trash ninjas as we like to call them, wear our logoed uniforms and undergo thorough background checks and extensive training in order to provide you with the best possible service. You won’t even know they are there! We work quietly and efficiently.

Power Washing Service:

As a complimentary addition to our service, we willprofessionally power wash the common area corridors where trash is left, as well as power wash the dumpster area(s) and residents’ trash cans once per year. We will also provide additional power washing services upon request.

Odor Control:

In closed-hallway communities where odor is a primary concern, included with our service, we will use all reasonable efforts to control the odor emanating fromthe trash cans and corridors.

Reporting of Violations:

In the event of a violation we will photograph and document the violation, including the suite numberand how many offenses the resident has had, and wesend the reports to management on weekly basis. Naturally, management could (and probably should) access fines to these tenants, increasing revenue.

Additional Security:

Although security is not our focus, since our uniformed crew will be throughout the community five (5) nights per week, many customers tell us it is a great crime deterrent. Our crew members are trained to report all crime or suspicious activity to management or the police, if warranted, and the activity will be included in the weekly report.

Resident Correspondence:

To save your Property Manager’s time, at no additional charge, we will professionally draft and disseminate any correspondence about our service(s) to your residents so you don’t have to.

White’s Trash Services prides itself on being THE low cost provider in the State of Texas. We consistently beat our competitors’ prices by at least 25%, and often it’s closer to 50%, for the exact same service(s). More importantly, White’s Trash Services has a great team in place that is focused on building a brand by continuing a culture of servitude and integrity to its customers; we are not focused chasing revenue. We want your business.

We do not use this service currently, why should we start?

According to multiple publications, including The National Apartment Association, valet trash services is consistently rated as one of the top amenities voted on by residents; it’s also something everyone can use, unlike a gym or a swimming pool. Without a trash valet service in place you are basically deciding to have (in most cases) hundreds of residents do it “their way,” without cleaning up their inevitable messes, spills or leaking bags, which ultimately decreases curb appeal and hurts property and rental values. Whether you use White’s Trash Services or decide to go with another provider, trash valet is an amenity you need to have.

Why does White’s Trash Services not charge for recycling services or additional trash cans?

Quite simply, we don’t think we need to nickel and dime our customers. We believe that if you provide a great service at a fair price, giving away fairly inexpensive things like trash cans and green plastic bags (which helps us do our job), only works to ensure we can continue to provide great service at a fair price, it’s really that simple.

Are there any start-up costs?

No, there are no start-up costs of any kind, period.

How can White’s Trash Services increase my properties revenue?

In most cases, trash valet is a cost that is a pass-through expense to the residents, much like other Common Area Maintenance (CAM) costs (such as trash dumpsters, water/sewer utilities, etc). Unlike those services providers, or other White’s Trash Services allows you to keep the lion’s share of that passive revenue.

What do you mean by “free” service?

For customers without existing service, White’s Trash Services offers the first few months of service for free, which allows the cost to be phased into newly executed leases, with little to zero out-of-pocket cost. For customers with existing service, massive savings begins immediately.

How do I get started?

Give us a call, or send us an email. We are eager to hear from you. Once an agreement has been made, simply give us a start date and we will notify your residents of the new service (provider), give them the basic instructions for the service, and drop off a brand new trash can to each resident. After service begins, we will send your management team weekly updates regarding dumpster usage, violations, and general comments from each of our visits.
