What's new in D&B Hoovers? November 2019 D&B Hoovers is continuously improved to help you accelerate your sales and refine your targeting strategies. Here you can see all the enhancements made on a bi-monthly basis. 1. Add companies to list from the corporate family report The ability to add companies to a new or existing list from the Corporate Family Report is now available in D&B Hoovers. This feature enables a user to quickly save an entire family tree or specific locations of interest directly to a list. Select the checkbox to the left of the company name prior to clicking the Add to List button to complete this action. 2. Send companies to CRM from the corporate family report The ability to send companies to CRM from the Corporate Family Report is now available with our Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics connectors. The new Send to CRM button streamlines prospecting efforts by enabling a user to send opportunities identified within a corporate hierarchy directly to their CRM as accounts or leads. Users can select single or multiple locations to be imported to their CRM by selecting the checkbox next to the company name prior to clicking Send to CRM. Thank you! D B Hoovers 3. New Support Menu The D&B Hoovers team is pleased to introduce our new consolidated Support and Training Menu. This new menu contains additional onboarding and support resources such as three new onboarding videos, page help tool tips, links to live and on-demand training and D&B Support contact details. To access these items, click the icon in the upper right corner of any D&B Hoovers screen. New Videos Available on the Support Menu: Intro – Desktop Search Companies Contacts and News Monitor Companies, Contacts and More 4. International Dialing Codes Added to Company Phone Numbers We are pleased to share that International Telephone Dialing Codes are now available for company phone and fax numbers. This information will be visible to all D&B Hoovers users and the inclusion of the dialing code will make it easier to call international phone numbers. The International Dialing Code will be visible in front of the phone and fax numbers throughout D&B Hoovers, including: Company and Contact Profiles, Search & Build a List results, and download files. For CRM users, the International Dialing Code is included in the CRM Quick View Mashup. This data point can be imported to account and lead objects within the CRM by mapping the ‘Phone Dial Code’ and ‘Fax Dial Code’ customer fields.

D&B Hoovers is continuously improved to help you accelerate your sales and refine your targeting strategies. Here you can see all the enhancements made on a bi-monthly basis.

1. Add companies to list from the corporate family report

The ability to add companies to a new or existing list from the Corporate Family Report is now available in D&B Hoovers. This feature enables a user to quickly save an entire family tree or specific locations of interest directly to a list. 4. International Dialing Codes Added to Company Phone Numbers

We are pleased to share that International Telephone Dialing Codes are now available for company phone and fax numbers. This information will be visible to all D&B Hoovers users and the inclusion of the dialing code will make it easier to call international phone numbers.
