SPARTAN® Syringe Filter – HPLC certified

SPARTAN® is the most versatile syringe filter from Whatman for almost all HPLC samples. The

hydrophilic, low-protein binding membrane is made of regenerated cellulose (RC) and is both

chemically resistant and free of interfering extractables. The housing is manufactured from HPLC

grade polypropylene to ensure the highest possible performance.

SPARTAN® syringe filters ensure reproducible results for the filtration of organic and aqueous

solutions in HPLC. For batch-to-batch consistency, the SPARTAN® range of filters are tested and

certified for the absence of UV-absorbing substances at wavelengths of 210 and 254 nm with

water, methanol and acetonitrile. Certificates for each batch can be downloaded from

SPARTAN® is available with 30 mm diameter and a large filtration area for sample volumes

> 5 mL and with 13 mm diameter for samples < 5 mL.

SPARTAN® Spritzenvorsatzfilter – mit HPLC-Zertifikat

SPARTAN® ist der vielseitigste Spritzenvorsatzfilter von Whatman, der für fast alle HPLC-Proben ein-

gesetzt werden kann. Die hydrophile Membran mit geringer Proteinbindung besteht aus regenerierter

Cellulose (RC), hat eine hohe chemische Beständigkeit und ist frei von extrahierbaren Bestandteilen.

Um höchste Ansprüche zu erfüllen, besteht das Gehäuse aus Polypropylen in HPLC-Qualität.

SPARTAN® Spritzenvorsatzfilter gewährleisten reproduzierbare Ergebnisse bei der Filtration orga-

nischer und wässriger Lösungen für die HPLC. Eine gleichbleibende Qualität jeder einzelnen Charge

wird durch Prüfung auf UV-absorbierende Bestandteile mit Acetonitril, Methanol und Wasser bei den

Wellenlängen 210 und 254 nm sichergestellt. Zertifikate für jede Charge können unter

SPARTAN® Spritzenvorsatzfilter sind mit einem Durchmesser von 30 mm und einer großen Filtrationsflä-

SPARTAN® Filtro de jeringa – Certificado para HPLC

SPARTAN® es el filtro de jeringa más versátil de Whatman para casi todas las muestras de

HPLC. La membrana hidrofílica, de baja capacidad de unión a proteínas se fabrica con celulosa

regenerada (CR) químicamente resistente y libre de extraíbles que pueden interferir con el análisis.

La carcasa está fabricada en polipropileno de grado HPLC para garantizar un alto nivel de ren-

dimiento. Los filtros de jeringa SPARTAN® garantizan resultados de filtración reproducibles para

soluciones orgánicas y acuosas en HPLC. Para garantizar la consistencia entre lotes, la gama de

filtros SPARTAN® se ha probado y certificado para ausencia de sustancias que absorben UV a

longitudes de onda de 210 y 254 nm con agua, metanol y acetonitrilo. Los certificados para cada

Filtre seringue SPARTAN® – certifié pour l’HPLC

Adapté à presque tous les échantillons d’HPLC, SPARTAN® est le filtre seringue le plus polyvalent de

Whatman. La membrane hydrophile à faible adsorption protéique est en cellulose régénérée (RC).

Elle est à la fois résistante aux produits chimiques et exempte de substances extractibles géné-

ratrices d’interférences. Le corps est en polypropylène de qualité HPLC afin d’offrir les meilleures

performances possibles. Les filtres pour seringue SPARTAN® assurent la reproductibilité des résultats

d’HPLC dès la filtration des solutions organiques et aqueuses. Afin d’obtenir des résultats homogènes

d’un lot à l’autre, la gamme de filtres SPARTAN® a été soumise à essai et certifiée comme étant exem-

pte de substances absorbant l’UV à des longueurs d’ondes de 210 et 254 nm avec l’eau, le méthanol

et l’acétonitrile. Les certificats de chaque lot sont téléchargeables à partir du site Web

www.whatman.com/support/customercertificates. Le filtre SPARTAN® est proposé en diamètre 30 mm
