Dear Friends,

Our new brand here at Northeast is “focused.” I think it is so appropriate for the Whatley. We always try to focus on quality entertainment, and I think this year is one of the best!

Look through the brochure and hurry to save your seats for all of the shows you wish to enjoy with us. By becoming a Friend of the Whatley at one of the levels offered on p. 15 of the brochure, you will ensure that you have your reserved seats to each performance. Our Entertainment Series includes “Let’s Hang On” (Frankie Valli tribute), Asleep at the Wheel, The Inspiration of Broadway, and the world-famous Vienna Boys Choir.

As always, we are offering special events throughout the season. If you join as a Friend of the Whatley, you will get first choice of seats for the special events. We are also privileged to present our own Dr. Ron Clinton in a piano recital. Doug Hoppock and Theatre Northeast will present five outstanding theatre produc-tions, and Dr. Kim Wommack has organized the quality art exhibits you enjoy in the Whatley foyer.

Thank you for your support of the Whatley Center! Come and enjoy the chang-es we have made to the facility with the help of you who have given to the Cam-paign for the Whatley. It is not too late to make a contribution to help us finish our goals. We had hoped to have the auditorium seats replaced by now, but realized we couldn’t shut the auditorium down for enough time this summer. We will be putting our new seats in next summer.

This is YOUR center, please come and be a part of it.

Sincerely,

Whatley Center [email protected]
