The celebration of our Guiding Principles waslaunched this year where all six of our principleswill be celebrated one by one. With theacronym DORJET, our first principle ‘Diversity’was celebrated across the organization inSeptember and October.
Principle Captains were nominated across Pakistan where they
conducted Awareness Sessions to emphasize the importance of
creating diversity. The session was followed by an enthusiastic
activity ‘Whom To Leave Behind.’ The awareness sessions,
diversity-focused email signatures and kick starting each of our
meetings with small diversity discussions, as well as concluding
the session with a video message from Sabiqa Kiyani (Head of
HR) made this an enjoyable experience for all.
CELEBERATING OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES
As important as it is to create a professional atmospherein any firm, so is assuring that it provides a family-likework environment to the employees, and what betterway to support this idea than interacting with thechildren of your co-workers! Keeping this view in mind,ADP Junior’s Day was celebrated at all locations whereemployees were asked to bring their kids to work. A funfilled day packed with entertainment, activities &yummilicious snacks awaited them.
The day started with the recitation of Holy Quran, followed by games like Simon Says, Chinese Whisper &Musical Chair. Talent Show was held where kids alsoshowcased their special capabilities of singing, dancing, storytelling and the like. It ended with distribution ofcertificates and giveaways. They day was filled withenergy, laughter and enthusiasm. Junior’s Day gavechildren a glimpse into the work life of their parents. Onthe other hand, it was a good opportunity for theemployees to interact with their coworkers’ families.
After a decade of outstanding achievements, Nael Ahmed has parted ways with
Abudawood Group.
We will miss his inspirational guidance, charismatic personality and the ability to turn
ordinary into extraordinary.
We thank him for his contribution in making Abudawood a great organization and wish him
all the best in pursuing his new personal endeavors.
