So, if we can just offer OURSELVES something differ-ent, new, crazy - then I am sure, it will be a base for external projects and business, too! If we keep the
spirit (like Chinh mentioned), and create something WE really like, others will love it.
By the way, Hanna Mosca and Claudia shared the same feeling.
...Start on working what ever we wanna work on. Real work, fun work – or idealistic play-projects.
Then we see where that gets us. With some movement,
action and results a way of networking will grow around it by itself.

To be more clear, innovative companies are starting
to understand the power of the individual and are enpowering these individuals by
giving them time to develop their personal projects inside the company.
As a reminder, let me tell you that most of these companies, and mostly, consuntancy companies
work on ideas of others.
But what if...we could do this:

..what if...we could build a company/community that gives 100% of the time to individual projects.
..what if...we could build a company/community that is based on personal intrinsic motivation.
..what if...we could build a company/community that works on it’s own ideas.
..what if...we could build a company/community that can make people come to us because they simply love what we are doing.

Each one us can lead a smaller team within the “group” reinforcing leader-ship and project focus.
