ReviewGod chose us to be His children before He made the world (Eph. 1:3-5)

God is preparing us to rule and reign with Jesus in eternity as joint-heirs with Jesus: (2Tim. 2:12, Rom. 8:17, Eph.2:6, Rev. 3:21 ( “will sit on My throne”)

God knows every cell of our body, every thought, every act, every second of our lives--and He loves it all! (Ps. 139, Luke 12:7 (hairs), Matt 10:29-31 (sparrow))

God made us totally unique on purpose! We are a “singularity” in the entire universe!

God is Alive! Living God Versus Dead Gods:

“But their idols are silver and gold, made by human hands. They have mouths, but cannot speak,    eyes, but cannot see. They have ears, but cannot hear, noses, but cannot smell. They have hands, but cannot feel, feet, but cannot walk, nor can they utter a sound with their throats. (Ps. 115)”

Those who make them will be like them [become like god you worship], and so will all who trust in them.

Dialogue with Life To Get More Life

“Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. (Jer. 29:12)”

Call upon, pray, confess, wait on, listen, obey, cry out to, bless, praise, hear, follow, watch, receive....

The God Who Acts (G. Ernest Wright): A People-Person God and Action-Oriented God.

He loves to be asked questions!

You have to be a listener!

John 10:27 “My sheep listen (akouo) to my voice. I know (ginosko) them and they follow me.”

Listen (akouo) - to understand, perceive the sense of what is said, to comprehend, attend to, consider.

Psalm 46:10 - “Be still, and know (yada) that I am God.”

Be still (rapha), Cease Striving! Stop! Enough! Sink Down! Relax! Be quiet!

Ask Questions!

Lord, What do you want me to know today?

What do you want me to know about (person, concern?)

Lord, what is your perspective of my belief that I am unimportant?

Do you have anything you want me to know about being still?
