1. Caleb is at the centre and we will follow where he takes us. Listen to Caleb. Caleb must be in control.
2. Attend to physical health issues.
3. New relationship between Caleb / ourselves as parents and Western Care.
4. Reduce the number of staff working with Caleb.
5. Look at the possibility of Caleb having his own place to live.
6. Investigate work for Caleb based on his interests.
7. The importance of building and developing the right relationships.
