Synapsis e-Ticket – a complex system consolidating the tickets sales data, ensuring sales transparency and

automated settlements with transport service providers. The system provides an interface for electronic

ticketing in public transport, on-line sales and payment terminals and includes also the following back-office

components: fleet management, route management, billing & clearing.

Android Synapsis People Counting – a system designed to count the passengers number in transport

means at a certain moment or time interval, in order to monitor the rush hours, to control the sales volumes

and to provide relevant information for decision making and controlling authorities.

Synapsis Service Desk - a system meant to improve service performance, including following components:

Call center (PBX Asterisk), Incident management, Problem management, Change management, Service

Catalogue, Object Relationship Structure, Asset management, Statistics, Integrations (API), Knowledge

base. The system corresponds to ITIL 3 standard.

Synapsis e-Petition - an information system designed to automate the petitions received by public

authorities recording, processing and monitoring. The system includes a public WEB interface for online

petition submission, allowing processing traceability and public authorities’ activity KPI visualization.

Synapsis e-Case – a web-based software combining the document management and business process

management. The application is meant to facilitate the document management processes, storing, managing

and centralizing big number of documents, facilitating task assignment, document sharing, team members’

collaboration, being at the same time a useful performance monitoring tool.

Synapsis e-Apostille - a processing system that ensures the integrated management of apostille issuance

process, from the application submission step, to apostille certificate issuance.

Synapsis e-Procura – a system designed to ensure automated processing of power of attorney requests. The

requests are automatically sorted and directed to the relevant workflow, depending on the type of
