What Does It Look Like?
O The fruit is often compared to a
mango, around 7cm length
O Its thick skin is originally green
and takes a yellow-orange colour
when the fruit becomes mature.
O Its core adhere to the juicy pulp.
The pulp is yellow and sweet and
has an apple smell.
How To Use The Ambarella?
O Crunchy and sour, the fruit is
usually eaten fresh.
O It can also be used to make
excellent jam, juice but also
alcoholic drinks closed to ciders.
O Its leaves can be eaten as
vegetables.
What Are Ambarella Benefits?
O Before maturation, the Ambarella is used against kidney
disease and gastrointestinal problems.
