Why I chose my research question… My research question is: what do

children in years 4 – 6 in my school think about the age limit to driving?

I chose it because I was interested in what children thought and overall if they thought it should be higher lower or good how it is.

Research ethics…I made my research ethical this way:•I kept the names anonymous and confidential and didn’t harm any participants in my research physically or emotionally.

Data collection• In my research I used questionnaires.• I decided to use questionnaires because

I thought it wouldn’t take as much time as interviews so I would get it done in the time I had.

• I used random sampling.

Data analysis As for answers to closed questions I

tallied them to get my results, while for those to open ended questions I coded them and after that I tallied them.

My conclusion• Most children appeared to think the age limit to

driving should not be lower.• I think my research went quite well but I think it

didn’t go well as much as I wanted it to because I couldn’t finish it in good time due to delays in data collection.

• It was because I made my questionnaires and then deleted it and then had to make it again.

• If I was doing it again I would use questionnaires again because you might not have enough time to interview everyone for your research.
