We live by creating content and responding to the content. This applied to jobs, relationships, and life goals.

Making strategic decisions requires having the best content which comes from asking better questions. Understanding as much of the situation as possible allows for the opportunity for more relevant questions to be asked.
We live by responding to the content in our lives. When we are unfulfilled, or confused, or uninspired, as opposed to starting with suspected personal shortcomings, we can start by asking better questions.
