What are my values as a GM …? 1. I’ve had substantial experience and expertise covering Marcom, Marketing & Sales across the greater china region for over +25 years, with 11 of them in China. 2. I’m well trained in all ATL, BTL GTM activities, retail marketing, shopper marketing, digital and merchandising planning, P&L and personnel management . 3. I’ve served many Intl MNCs such as Coca-Cola,Philip Morris, BAT, Imperial Tobacco, GM, LandRover, Haier, Nokia and a wide lists of renowned liquor brands such as Hennessy, Johnnie Walker, Chivas Regal, Royal Solute, Miller, Heineken and Absolute Vodka both at the client & agency side. 4. I’ve had led a sales force with close to 300 staffs to deal with 44,000 general outlets and 8,000 KA outlets during my service to BAT Taiwan. I’m well trained and exposed to lead, train, inspire and incentivize a sales force in that size upon a direct distribution model. Acknowledging the tricks of designing an incentive scheme for motivation of achieving sales target!! It’s significant having the ability to think from a Client / Customer’s perspective!! 5. I learn and adopt fast to a new work zone with attitude of learning and upgrading myself at all time. Self- motivated, always think out of the box with differentiating problem solving solutions and ROI/KPIs oriented. 6. As GM of a company, it’s highly important to lead the full team to identify, and understand the company’s short & long term vision, all sales, marketing & marcom issues that all lead to close & make deals – yet it’s also highly important to work with CFO on best budgeting /AR control, HR for best people recruitment and training. Ensure optimization of ROI. Solid capability to drive strategic Sales & Marketing upon effective real time social media platform.

Solid experiences to collaborate with HQ to adapt and translate the WW operation strategy into an optimized local execution, holistically integrated brand experiences to add substantial vales for Customers & TA in fashions of conventional & social Marketing legs, VI, Expo, Exhibition, Interior & Retail, Venue & Conferences Management, and Sport marketing if needed etc.

9. Interfaces effectively with all levels, be it trade/customers and or end consumers, internal back office, 3rd parties vendors etc. to ensure effective & efficient communication. Excellence in verbal, written presentation skills. Team leader but also a team player.

10. Multi-lingual with Mandarin & Cantonese as mother tongue, working proficient English skills, manages well with Taiwanese and also other China dialects i.e.

Shanghai & Yunnan. 11. If I get this position, I’ll do the following,

- Externally : get a full perspective of industry landscape / trend and competition, review last 3-5 YOY sales figures and targets ahead

- Personally visit KA customer to understand their biz issues and their expectation for our areas for improvements

- Internally : Speak with CFO, HR, head of Sales & Marketing for issues and solutions respectively and cross check, start to form biz strategy that align with HQ vision to sharpening local organization, set priorities and optimization plans accordingly, drive effective Sales & Marketing plan upon utmost ROI based
