WESTSIDE BAPTIST CHURCH SEPTEMBER 2014 NEWSLETTER re you looking for a place where you can experience deep, caring community? Do you want your love for God to be reignited? Are you looking for ways to impact the lives of other people? That's what we are all about! At Westside we are passionate about making disciples of Jesus Christ. So, it is our commitment to create environments where people can: Throughout September we have a number of opportunities where you can get connected and take the next step in your faith. On September 14th and 28th, after both of our morning services we will be running our Ministry Fair. This is your opportunity to check out service opportu- nities at WBC and join a team. It is also a chance to meet some people and find a Life Group that works for you. Our Team Leaders and Life Group Leaders will be on hand to answer your questions and help you find a spot to plug in. Ultimately, it is our hope that you will find a life group where you can love and be loved deeply, as well as, join a team where you can serve. Finally, on September 21st from 11am until 2pm, we will be having our annual Carnival with a new twist. We will be hosting "Church in the Parking Lot.” LOVE GOD There will be carnival games, inflatable castles for kids, a BBQ lunch and an opportunity to worship together and share Jesus with our friends, families and neighbours. This is a perfect time to invite a friend as we have some fun together, and let people know what we are all about. So, join us this Fall and be a part of these great opportunities as we grow together! If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] or grab one of our Door Holders and ask away. We look forward to all that God is going to do this year at Westside and in our commu- nity!
