Steve Coglitore has been around cars since he was 9, when his fa-ther founded LeRoy Mo-tors back in 1967 start-ing with Chevrolet and Oldsmobile. bergen•Dugan, Denise A., age 62, died suddenly March 3, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Dugan was born October 22, 1953 in Ro-chester, a daughter of Bernice (Ceresoli) Viavattine of Gates and the late Joseph Viavattine. Denise was a postal clerk for many years at the Churchville Post Office. She is the wife of Brian Dugan of Bergen. The two were married October 18, 1986, in Rochester. Surviving along with her husband and mother are her sons, Scott (Lisa Boughtom) DeVelder, Steven DeVelder both of Bergen, and Denny (Lacy) DeVelder of Chili; two granddaughters, Jaden and Brynn; a brother, Joe (Jean) Viavattine of Greece; a sister, Marie (Sue Sciortino) Viavattine of Rochester; and dear friends, Sharon Venuto of Elba and Steve (Sue) Soper of Bergen.
Her Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated March 7 at St. Brigid’s Church, Bergen. Please consider making a memorial contribution to the family, c/o Brian Dugan, to establish a charitable foundation in Denise’s name.
brockport•DeFrank, Muriel R., died March 2, 2016 at age 84. Prede-ceased by her husband Lewis DeFrank and son Gary Edward Blissett. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Greg) Rose; granddaughters, Amanda and Jami Rose; step-children, Debra Kenyon and Eddie (Lynda) DeFrank; six step-grandchildren; 16 step great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held privately in the spring.
•Gallacher, William J., died March 2, 2016 at age 83. Pre-deceased by his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by children, William (Susan), David (Darlene) and Andrea (Bret) Hunter; grandchildren, William, Ashley, Brian, Caitlin, Daniel, Allison, Ian, Alexander and Elizabeth. Bill moved his family from Scotland to Rochester in 1966 where he started working at Eastman Kodak Company as an Engineer.
His Funeral Service was held March 6 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Donations can be made to the Alzheim-er’s Association, Rochester and Finger Lakes Region, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory.
•Jones, Esther L., died March 5, 2016, 76. Survived by her husband, Richard; children, Douglas (Susan) Jones and Laura Adams; brother, Robert (Linda) Sherwin; grandsons, Michael and Ryan Jones.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 13 at 3 p.m. at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton. Donations can be made to the Humane Society at Lol-lypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport 14450 in her memory. Interment private.
•Schriever, Debbie Lynn, died March 5, 2016. Predeceased by her father, Michael and brother, Brian. Survived by her chil-dren, Ian Michael and Makenzie; mother, Donna; sister, Mela-nie (Adam) Richards; brother, Kurt (Katie); Godmother, Jill Graby; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her Funeral Service was held March 10 at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, Chili.
•Siegfried, Dora B., died March 8, 2016 at age 91. Prede-ceased by her husband Robert L. Siegfried. She is survived by her children Lynn (Neil) O’Connor, Larry (Sherry) Siegfried and Jim (Debbie) Siegfried; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister Virginia Robb; nieces and nephews.
Interment at the convenience of the family. Contributions can be made to Lifetime Care Hospice or the Episcopal Church Home in her memory.
chili•Bevilacqua, Giuseppe, died March 4, 2016, at age 86. Born in Miglionico, Italy, came to America in 1970. Predeceased by his brothers, Francesco and Luigi; sisters, Lucia and Faustina. Survived by his loving wife, Emily; children, Vincent, Franco and Mario (Angela); grandchildren, Emma and Joseph; sister, Angela (Tony) Caifano; and numerous nieces and nephews.
His Funeral Mass was celebrated March 8 at St. Pius Tenth Church, Chili. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
•Miller, Arlene K., died March 7, 2016 at age 97. Predeceased by her husband, James J.; granddaughters, Elizabeth Bierley, Molly Mitchell; two brothers and five sisters. Devoted mother of Susan (Michael) Bierley, Deborah (James) Childs and Timo-thy Miller; grandchildren, Sarah Bierley (Michael Navarrete), Ryan (Amy) Bierley, Amy (Brock) Seeley, Alissa (David) Sprout, Daniel Childs (Donielle Peck) and Rachel Miller; great-grand-children, Connor, Dylan, Duncan and Magnolia; many nieces, nephews and loving caregiver, Lucille.
Her Funeral Mass was celebrated March 12 at St. Pius Tenth Church, Chili. Interment St. Pius Cemetery. Donations can be made to St. Pius Tenth Church, (Restoration Building Fund) or Doctors without Borders in her memory.
•Ouweleen, Richard, died March 1, 2016, at age 90. Prede-ceased by his sister, Louise Deuel. Survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Sheila; Douglas (Kathy), Judy (Russ) Perre, Dan (Susan) and Janice (Frank) Grattan; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Fred (Flora) and David; several nieces and nephews.
Services and Interment to be announced at a later date.
•Williams, Paul H., February 23, 2016 at age 60. Predeceased by his father, Walter. Survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Sue; his daughters, Dawn and Annie Williams; mother, Jean; sister, Deborah (Stuart) Langdon; brother Kenneth (Kathy); several nieces and nephews. Paul enjoyed his work at GM, was an avid golfer and talented woodworker.
His Funeral Mass was held March 12 at St. Christopher’s Church, North Chili. Donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice in his memory.
greece•Howard, Eloise R. “Ellie” (Richardson), died March 4, 2016, at age 93. Predeceased by her husband, Willard “Pete” Howard; brothers, sisters, brother-in-law and sisters-in-law. She is survived by her children, Doug (Linda) Howard, Chris (Sharon) Howard, Cindy (Jay) Conley, Joyce (Rick) Barney, Tim Howard, Beth (Brian) Barney, Ron (Michelle) Howard; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Thomas Boyce; nieces, nephews and other family members. Ellis was a long time member of Elmgrove United Methodist Church.
Her Funeral Service was celebrated March 12 at the Elm-grove United Methodist Church. Interment private. Donations can be made to the Elmgrove United Methodist Church, 1500 Spencerport Road, Rochester, NY 14606 in her memory.
hamlin•Clark, John W. (Jim), died March 4, 2016, at age 95. Jim is predeceased by his wife of 71 years, Esther (Rodas) Clark. He was loved by an extended family that includes his sister-in-law, brother-in-law, many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Jim was a WWII Navy Veteran, an outgoing conversationalist, an avid golfer, and devoted husband to Esther. Jim retired from Artcraft Optical, where he started working in 1946.
His Funeral Service was held March 8 at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Hilton. Interment at Mt. Albion Cemetery. Con-tributions can be made to the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 2417 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624 in his memory.
hilton•Bischoping, Daniel J., died March 4, 2016 after a short illness at age 58. Survived by family and many friends.
Private interment at the determination of the family.
•Cook, Sharon L., died March 7, 2016. Survived by her husband, Donald and children, Patricia (John) Eccleston and Martin (Catherine) Cook; grandchildren, D.J. •Henchen, Carl W., died March 5, 2016, age 68. He is sur-vived by the love of his life of 45 years, wife, Barbara Henchen; children, Cheryl (Ken) Bogner, Larry (Mary) Bogner and Mike (Diana) Bogner; siblings, Rose Mary Ruperto, John Henchen; several nieces, nephews and friends, Nicole Henchen-Robin-son and Jay Henchen, his niece and nephew whom he held close to his heart. Predeceased by siblings, George (Judith) Henchen, Edward Henchen, sister-in-law, Mary Henchen and brother-in-law, Gerry Ruperto. Carl served in the U.S. Army from 1967-69 in the Vietnam War.

Survived by his loving wife, Joanne Vancheri; his children, Antonino (Lee Vento) Vancheri, Lillian (Jamal) Tawil, Angelo Vancheri and Danielle (Jim) Pashalidis; and his grandchildren, Giovanina and Arianna Vancheri, Claudia and Ross Tawil, Rion and Alexandro Pashalidis; several nieces, nephews and friends near and far.

holleY•Blank, Karen J., age 58, died March 5, 2016 following a brief illness. She was born May 3, 1957 in Brockport to Wil-liam and Shirley (Smith) Blank. Karen was a past member of the Lakeside Hospital T.W.I.G., worked for 21 years as a Stock Clerk at Eastman Kodak Company, and was a graduate of Bryant and Stratton Business School. Ms. Blank was prede-ceased by her parents William and Shirley (Smith) Blank. She is survived by her brothers: Kenneth Blank of Albion, Robert (Karen) Blank of Hilton, Phillip (Jodi) Blank of Spencerport; her mother: Joyce Blank of Holley; her Fur-Babies: Tess and Toby; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Spencerport•Toogood, James E., died March 5, 2016 at age 71. James is survived by his brother, Jerry; sister-in-law, Patricia; nephews, Rusty and Paul (Val) Jenson; great niece, Sara Jenson; cous-ins, Richard Dickinson, Sandy Covertino; his lifelong friend, Rockwood Chambers and his family. James was a graduate of Churchville-Chili High School Class of 1964. James worked for Monroe County for over 30 years as an operating engineer at the Public Safety Building. James loved to travel and visited five out of the seven continents. In his later years, he was an active member of the Freemasons, Unity Lodge 479, Past Mas-ter, presented with Dedicated Service Award. Also a member of the Grotto, Scottish Rite and Shriners.
