If a Rider requires a certain number they are asked to email: [email protected], directly after they have submitted their entry on line. The Rider Administration Team will update the entry application with the number requested. Please note this will be treated as a NUMBER REQUEST only and is not guaranteed. Rider numbers are allocated in order of priority of receipt of application. The Rider number does not dictate the placement of your bike within the Parc Ferme, it is just the number under which you will race. You will be notified of your final Rider number when you receive your Rider Welcome Pack, which is emailed once your rider application has been completely verified and processed by the Rider Administration Team. Your number will be clearly displayed on the Rider Technical Card, which you will need to print out to carry out Rider Registration and Technical Control at the Event Site. PRIOR YEAR TOP 100 SOLO RIDERS AND TOP 50 QUAD RIDERS The results from the previous year for the overall top 100 Riders in the Solos and top 50 Riders in the Quads, will be used to secure the Parc Ferme positions for these riders. The previous year positions will be held until the 31st July 2020, after which any spaces available within these seeded rows will be released to the race entry administration team to allocate on the basis of receipt of entry, experience and race history. PLACEMENT The Parc Ferme is split in to colour coded areas, which dictate the races. Each colour coded area is broken down into rows and when a Rider receives their Welcome Pack, their Technical Control Card will clearly state their Area and Row, in which they will be required to place their machine. The Parc Ferme placements are allocated by our Rider Administration Team. Spaces within the Parc Ferme are allocated in order of priority of receipt, along with experience and race history.
