Strategies to get the project on budget

• Reduce the level of renovation to Scanlon Hall First Floor

• Do not reconfigure the Banacos area

• Do not reconfigure the Parenzo Basement

• Existing Academic Department Offices located in Mod Hall to remain

• Do not renovate Bates Hall

PARENZO LOWER LEVEL PLAN • No reconfiguration or reprograming of the spaces• All major mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical upgrades• Limited finish upgrades included paint, ceilings, and flooring

PARENZO FIRST FLOOR PLAN • Complete reconfiguration and renovation of the space to create the new CSSE & CoLab• All major mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical upgrades• No work in the gym except for the addition of sprinklers & no work in Banaco’s suite & adjacent bathrooms
