San Francisco as they prepare for changes affecting their profession, practice and economic future.
KARL ROVEATUL GAWANDE M.D. DONNA BRAZILE
CONFERENCE VENUE + EXHIBIT HALL The 19th Annual Western Health Care Leadership Academy will be May 13-15,
2016, at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square. The 2016 Leadership Academy
will continue its mission of providing the information and skills needed to
succeed in today’s rapidly changing health care marketplace.
Conference exhibits will be located adjacent to the general sessions. The
breakfasts, refreshment breaks and main reception will all be held in the exhibit
hall, allowing for valuable face-time with attendees. New this year is the roaming
lunch that will also take place in the exhibit hall on Friday. A raffle game and other
fun activities (to be announced) will help generate exhibitor-attendee interaction,
as well.
EVENT OVERVIEWThe Western Health Care Leadership Academy brings together physicians and
health care power players to share strategies and resources for accelerating
the shift to a more integrated, high-performing and sustainable health care
system. Presenters will examine the most significant operational, financial and
environmental challenges facing health care today and provide proven models
and innovative approaches to position medical practices for success. Featured
speakers include Atul Gawande, M.D., MPH; Karl Rove and Donna Brazile.
Attended by 700+ physician leaders, health care executives and medical practice
administrators, Leadership Academy is an unparalleled opportunity for exhibitors
to reach key health care decision makers and opinion leaders from throughout
California and surrounding western states.

I attend a good deal of tradeshows every year and the
Western Health Care Leadership Academy is always a
grand success! The booth layout is superb with easy
access for show attendees to talk to the vendors and
enjoy food and refreshments during the breaks. The
breaks are designed to have a specific focus for show
attendees to speak to vendors regarding their business
needs. At past events, we have received a significant
amount of leads, which means new business for us year
after year. We are happy to support this show every
season and we will certainly participate at the upcoming
shows.w.

I thought the whole experience came off perfectly—the
setup, the schedule, etc. I will definitely exhibit next year.

The tradeshow was very well organized and the staff
was very accommodating to whatever needs we had
throughout the week. Exhibiting at this show produced
great results for us and we were able to network with
complimentary vendors for respective referrals. Double
win!
Kathy Jordan, President

It was a great event, very well organized, lots of traffic,
etc. Sadye did a great job communicating with us and
making sure everything ran smoothly. We are looking
forward to next year’s event!
Belinda Ramon, Regional Sales Representative

I had an excellent exhibitor experience. All went well, I
think the speaker was great and the massage booth gave
things a cool change.

A truly fantastic weekend! As a vendor, I felt better
integrated into the event than most. Having breakfast,
snacks, and the cocktail hour in the properly sized room
allowed for a great interplay between us and both the
physicians and group administrators. Setting up the
stations around the room along with “Bingo” kept the
participants engaged with us. The CMA team went out of
their way to make us feel welcome and part of the event.
We will definitely be exhibiting next year!
