    In consequence of the Seperation which took place in the Society the 21st of 8th Month 1828, it became necessary to open a new Registry of Members constituting the Monthly meeting of West Lake under the Heads of the Several preparative meetings belonging thereto: designating by name all adult members who have retained the principles and order of Freinds as also of those who have seceded from us & are disowned as Hicksites: likewise the names & ages of minors at the time of Seperation who remain with our Society: as also the names and ages of Minors who are connicted with the Seperatists. – Done in 3rd Month 1830 By James Baker Recorder appointed to that office by minute of Said Monthly Meeting Amy Cronk Daughter of Jacob Cronk born 4th mo 1808 Deceased 6th mo 26 1868
