improve the quality of life for seniors and

support a more healthy and active life-

style. Join the fun and fellowship with

other seniors from the community.

If you need transportation to the senior

center, please contact the center manag-

er or the administrative office the day be-

fore to make a reservation.

Shuttle Service is available to transport

you to your local stores and is scheduled

throughout the month.

Talk About Your Medications Month Take Medicine as Prescribed

Prescribed Medications typically only work and maintain control over chronic conditions when taken regularly and as

directed.

Keep a Medication List, Carry It With You and Review It With Your Healthcare Providers

Include on the list prescribed and (OTC) Over The Counter medications, vitamins, supplements

and also dosage and reason for taking them.

Ask your Healthcare Provider about Potential Drug Interactions and Side Effects

Some medications can cause side effects that resemble health problems (such as memory diffi-

culties).
