crabmeat.Allowmixturetorestinrefrigerator

for20minutes.Forminto2oz.patties,tightly

packed.Placeonpapertowelsbefore

searinginahotpan.Searbothsidesinahot

non-stickpanwithcanolaoil.Placeinovenat

350degreesfor5minutesoruntilaninternal

temperatureof160degreesisreached.
