Application examples: ⇒ Extract left clamping bolt.

Suitable for Audi A4 (2001 onwards) and A6 (2004 onwards). Extraction of the upper wishbone clamping bolt and the ball joints. Dismantling the upper wishbone clamping bolt from the upper wishbone has presented the mechanic with a serious problem, especially when the components are corroded. Until now the only method of extraction was using a hammer and drift, which is not only inefficient in terms of time, but also carries the high risk of damage to the suspension. The ejector KL-0250-41 KA with its proper pressure unit and extraction device, allows quick and clean extraction of the clamping bolt. The loosen clamping bolts are removed by means of the extraction device. The tool works on both left hand and right hand suspension assemblies.

3. Remove the ejector. Install the extractor to extract the loosen clamping bolt.

4. Screw the hex. nut of the extractor by means of the special 24 mm hex. socket and extract the clamping bolt completely.
