THE ADDRESS BOULEVARD HOTEL Weqaya were appointed by NORR Group to

provide Specialist Security Consultancy for a

high rise 76 floor building - The Address

Boulevard Hotel Project, in Dubai, U.A.E. The

scope of services being provided by Weqaya

includes schematic, outline, detailed and

construction level design and supervision of

CCTV, Access Control, Intruder detection,

Hotel locking, Guard Tour Monitoring,

Intercoms for the residences, Parking

Management systems for the retail parking

areas.

SKYVIEW HOTEL Weqaya were appointed by NORR Group to

provide Specialist Security Consultancy for the

new Address Skyview Hotel in Downtown

Burj Khalifa Area, Dubai. The project will

consist of a 58 story residential tower (tower

1-T1) and a 54 story mixed-use tower (tower

2-T2) connected by an occupied bridge at

Levels 49 through 51, with a total overall

gross enclosed area of approximately 230,300

m2, including 3 below grade levels.

Weqaya’s services will follow the project

through the complete design and

construction phase.

AL MANZIL DISTRICT THE OLD TOWN

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

Al Manzil Old town as per the latest Dubai Police law

24_2008.

The project is located within Downtown and adjacent

to the Burj Khalifa Blvd, Al Abraj and Al Aamal street.

The Old Town features low-rise three storey

apartment buildings and a few mid-rise buildings with

penthouses. The building textures reflect the gypsum,

clay or sarjool plastering used in the early 20th

century in the region while earthy natural tones

reflect the surrounding landscape. Terraces, balconies,

parapets, pergolas, recesses, and niches make for

comfortable outdoor living while views are enhanced

with elegant window and door openings.

Dubai Creek Harbour

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of Dubai Creek Harbour project.

Soaring high above the beautiful creek and presiding

gracefully over the Island District, the new Harbour

Views development is located in the verdant Gallery

Park area. Offering premium views of the marina, with

the backdrop of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai on

one side and the beautifully landscaped Gallery Park

on the other, the twin towers form one of the

district’s most sought after residential addresses.

Dubai Hills Estate Business Park 1 Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of Dubai Hills Estate, the first phase

of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) and the

largest real estate development of its kind in the

Middle East, is Dubai Hills, a highly exclusive villa

development.

Only a limited collection of villas are available in Dubai

Hills, where customers have the choice to choose

between different architectural styles in order to

make their home truly personal.

The gated Dubai Hills community will offer residents

the assured comfort of 24-hour security and

maintenance. With major roads connecting Dubai Hills

Estate to Downtown Dubai, the airport and the other

Emirates, the residents of Dubai Hills have easy access

to the destination of their choice.

Reem Retail Centre

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of Reem Retail centre project.

The scope of our work is to provide the SRA, Security

detailed design & Security review and gap analysis

report.

Reem delivering 2.8 million square feet of retail (2m

square feet of leasable space) Reem Mall will

comprise around 450 stores, including 85 F&B outlets

and a range of family-focused entertainment

offerings. Positioned on Reem Island – right in the

heart of new Abu Dhabi – the mall will offer easy

access along with ample parking with 6,800 vehicle

spaces. The AED 4 billion project is being developed

by The National Real Estate Company (NREC) and

United Projects for Aviation Services Company

(UPAC).

The Address Downtown District

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services i.e

from Gap Analysis till Detailed Design for the

development of The Address Downtown Burj Dubai, is

a 63-story, 302.2 m (991 ft) supertall hotel and

residential skyscraper in the Burj Dubai Development

Area of Dubai.

The tower is the 27th tallest building in Dubai. It is a

tall structure within the massive development

named Downtown Dubai, which includes the

centerpiece super-tall building, the Burj Khalifa. The

tower was topped out in April 2008, and was then the

sixth tallest building in Dubai.

AL HASHEMI HOTEL Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services as per the UPC requirements for the 5 star hotel, Al Hashemi Hotel In Abu Dhabi. The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council Safety & Security Team has determined the development is ‘High priority’ from a Safety & Security perspective. The scope of work for this project, addresses the Al Hashemi Hotel, a 5 stars Hotel that will be developed in Abu Dhabi and is encompassing: 3 Basement levels; A Ground Floor; 2 Mezzanine levels; 29 floors including rooms and suites; A 30th floor including pool, terrace and coffee shop.

AL HAMRA TOWER

The Al Hamra Tower is Kuwait's tallest

building, 80 floors of commercial space, sky

lobbies, restaurant, multi-screen cinema and

Spa complex. Weqaya is providing advice on

risk and operational management aspects

relating to security and fire. This complex has

a four-story Luxury Centre with a six-screen

cinema complex. The six-floor car park

provides ample local parking and is located in

the developing Sharq region of Kuwait City.

JBR Hotel (Jumeirah Beach Residence Hotel)

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of JBR hotel project.

The hotel building at JBR, Marsa is being constructed

in JBR Dubai with the main vehicle and pedestrian

access to the front, beach and water frontage to the

rear and bounded on either side Al Fattan Crystal

Towers at the right side and Hilton Hotel at the left

side. The hotel building consists of an angular

geometric form to support an elevated room

component angled to maximize views of the

spectacular sunset over the Gulf.

Dubai Wharf

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of Dubai Wharf project.

The site is a waterfront plots part of Cultural Village

Phase 1 made up of an existing Jaddaf and reclaimed

land from the Creek. The site is immediately to the

south of Garhoud Bridge.

The project which is a part of the commercial mixed of

the Al Jaddaf Development is strategically placed on

the most prominent addresses of the development.

And the scope of this project is to provide security

consultancy on both the residential and mall of the

development.

DUBAI DESIGN DISTRICT (D3) PHASE 1 DEVELOPMENT

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of Phase 1 – Dubai Design District

(D3) Project.

D3 is designed for Multi- Tenancy occupancy by

reputable international organizations to include

Commercial Offices and Retail Outlets. The Retail outlet

components will also incorporate food & beverages,

Galleries/Catwalks, Showrooms, Convenience Retail,

etc.

IMPZ (International Media Production Zone) Villa

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of International Media Production

Zone Villa.

The development is located adjacent to a mixed used

industrial area to the South – Me’aisem 1 which

includes some worker accommodation. To the north is

Al Fay Road, with high density rented

accommodation.

The IMPZ master development is a free zone with a

primary business environment for graphic art,

printing, publishing, packaging, and media production

companies. There are also offices that undertake

commercial operations from within the IMPZ master

development.

Butterfly

Weqaya Emirates Security Consulting LLC were

appointed to execute Security Consultancy Services for

the development of TECOM-Butterfly project.

The Butterfly Project will be located at Dubai Internet

City (DIC), adjacent to the Arjan Hotel, Radisson SAS

Hotel and opposite Dubai Media City (DMC).

The scope of this project include SRA, Gap analysis,

blast analysis, security concept design, security

performance design, tender documentation, tender

process and evaluation, construction/ procurement

supervision and testing and commissioning.
