Our keynote speaker Eddie C. Livingston, P.E. will be presenting “Potable Reuse is PURe Water for Cloudcroft, NM”. He is the president of Livingston Associates, P.C., a New Mexico based consulting en-gineering firm. He has more than 27 years experi-ence in water resources engineering, including wa-ter and waste water treatment. Mr. Livingston has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Univer-sity of New Mexico. He has been involved in more than 150 water resource projects both domestically and overseas, including two microfiltration water treatment plants in American Samoa.
