Community Care GrantsWHO CAN CLAIM: DIRECTION 25 On the day s/he claims is in receipt of:
– Income Support; or – Pension Credit; or– JSA(IB)
OR Is less than 6 weeks away from discharge
from residential accommodation and is likely to get Income Support, Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance or Pension Credit when discharged.
