2021 Fall Closings: SEP 6-Labor Day, OCT 15-Fall Break, NOV 22-26 Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break-DEC 20-31. Phones will not be answered during closings.

How to Register: Students may register online by visiting ictctech.coursestorm.com, by telephone, or in person at the campus where the class is offered. Non-refundable fees: All evening adult classes require a $15 non-refundable fee. This is due when you register. Background checks are required to enter some career training programs. This $67 non-refundable fee is due when you register. If an outside entity is covering the cost of your class/program, the providing entity may be responsible for these fees.

Fee Payment: For all career training programs, you must be fully paid or have a signed payment plan agreement at least 7 days prior to your class/program start date. All other classes must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to the class start date. If you are not paid in full by the start of class, you will lose

your spot. Not all supply costs are included and may vary considerably by class/program. Textbooks, if applicable, are included in the cost. Methods of payment: cash, check, money order, credit card & company, school/government agency, Workforce Oklahoma or tribal billing.

Refund Guidelines: ICTC reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or for circumstances beyond our control. A full refund will be processed if a class is cancelled by ICTC. Refund requests must be made after the first class meeting excluding the $15 administrative fee and textbook fee. No refunds will be issued after the second-class meeting. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Students must come to ICTC in person to request refunds and must be an ACD Enrollee—no representative. Please allow 10-

14 days for refund processing, if all necessary paperwork has been submitted to ICTC. Students are notified at the time of enrollment if the class requires a background check.

Inclement Weather: Tune to local TV/Radio announcements. Call to check school closing status.

Course Cancellation Policy: ICTC reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or complications beyond our control. Low enrollment courses may meet the first scheduled time to determine actual enrollment numbers. ICTC reserves the right to change class dates and times as necessary.
