The 7th Annual CBA Toy Store Golf Tournament will be held at Land-O-Lakes Golf Course on

Saturday, September 9th, with an 8 am registration and 8:30 am shot-gun start. The cost is $50 per player or $200 per team. We have the

sign up sheets in the office if anyone is interested.

Trinity Baptist Church

Our Wednesday Night Suppers will be returning on September

13th at 5:30 pm. The charges are as follows: Kids 1-6 are free,

7-12 is $3.00 and 13 & up is $5.00. There will be a menu in the

bulletins on the Sunday before along with a sign up tear our

sheet that you tear off and put it in the offering plate. Or, you

are welcome to call the church office by Wednesday at 12 to

sign up.

Our Church Office and Childcare

Center will be closed on

Monday, September 4th in

observance of Labor Day. We

will resume a normal schedule

on Tuesday, September 5th.

Saturday, September 9th we will have our monthly

Fellowship Breakfast. We would love to have you and

any friends that you invite to come and join us.

Breakfast begins at 8:30 am. There is never a charge but

all donations are accepted. Any money collected over

the cost will go to our food pantry. We hope to see you

there!

Golden Circle News

The Golden Circle will be traveling to

Magnolia’s at Myrtle Beach to eat lunch on Friday,

September 8th. They will be leaving at 10:00 am. After lunch,

they will be going to Old Time Pottery for a little shopping. If

you would like to attend please sign up on the sheet in the

foyer.

If you would like to donate any money

to the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund

please designate it on your offering

envelope. We will collect all money and

send it to the Columbus Baptist

Association. Last year in October, we

went through the same thing with

Hurricane Matthew. Flooding has a

devastating effect and without the help

from others, it would have been a lot

harder. Please continue to pray for

Texas and the people there that have

been affected by Hurricane Harvey.

On Thursday, August 31st our Food Pantry served 6 families. 6 families

were blessed because of our Food Pantry. We are in need of

different things. We need: vegetables, fruits, peanut butter, crackers,

meats and greens. We do NOT need: soup or spaghetti-o’s. If you are not

able to purchase this food but would like to donate, please designate it

on your offering envelope. Thank you for all of your support!
