WAY FORWARD
Scholarships is a post admission process• Admissions Process to be Computerized• A single application for admission of the students into
colleges• The student need not to make separate application for
scholarship. It can be a part of his admission process• Focus to be given on improvement of academic
performance. Linkage with results of boards / universities
• Auto Renewal of the post matric scholarships• GPS coordinates to be captured for all colleges. UID
attendance to be linked with GPS coordinates to ensure the presence of student in the premises of colleges
• Rationalization of Course Fee across Universities/Boards
Disbursements• MTF should be released to student's bank account
every month by capturing the daily/weekly UID based attendance
• As monthly MTF bills processing through Treasury will lead to delay, lot of printing work etc. the budget to be deposited in PD account and to be transferred to students bank account every month.
• MTF rates may be made uniform across post matric courses
• A straight cross checking of bank account with bankers to be established to reduce the issues with bank account errors and verification efforts and delay
• Monthly remittance will also ensure the bank accounts active status
FEATURES ADDED AFTER 2012• INTERMEDIATE BOARD LINKAGE• UID SERVICES POINEERED• FRESH/RENEWAL –SINGLE APPLICATION• RATION CARD –PULLING AADHAAR• DSC AT ALL LEVELS• DISPENSING OF HARD COPIES• DAILY UIDAI ATTENDANCE• MONTHLY ATTENDANCE• ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE• MONTHLY MTF• RTF QUARTERLY• RTF RELEASE AFTER MTF RELEASE• INTER STATE ACCESS• TIMELINES-REGISTRATION ON 1-7-2016• RELEASE STARTED IN SEPTEMBER’2016• VARIABLE / COLLEGE WISE FEE STRUCTURE• APB PAYMENTS
