Presentation Guidelines

• Refer to “PowerPoint Guidelines”

• Be Sure to Use Official Template

• Be Sure to Include the Disclosures Slide (examples

on next two slides)

• Be mindful of avoiding product placement or

endorsement and follow policy set forth in speaker

agreement.

Room Set-up

• Each room will have a podium, podium microphone, laptop, and

projector. (No need to bring your own computer)

Note: You will NOT need to load your presentation onto the computer. This

will be done in the Speaker Ready Room.

• Speaker A/V requirements are due by May 15th , 2017.

Form is now available on the speaker webpage.

This only applies if you need special equipment (fee based)


A FEW REMINDERS

• This year, only ONE person (the primary contact) on the

proposals will be responsible for uploading the presentation.

• All sessions are due to be uploaded by June 9th, 2017

• Bring a copy of your presentation on a thumbdrive!


• Speaker Ready Room

Located in room B404

ALL speakers are required to check in at the speaker ready room at least

24 hours prior to their presentation.

• For pre-con sessions, check in on Friday, July 7th, after 2 pm if possible.

The room will have PSAV staff to assist and help with any technology

needs.

Both PC and MAC will be available.

Complimentary beverages will be provided.
