Need Not Be Present to Win

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Fill out the requested information on the tickets. Please note there is a line included on each ticket for you to designate

your basket of choice. You can use all of your tickets for one basket or use them for several different baskets.

2. Place the tickets in a SEALED envelope with your donation - cash or check (payable to Holy Trinity).

3. Bring sealed envelope to the church and deposit in the locked wooden box in the vestibule designated for

Advent by Candlelight Gift Basket Raffle.

4. Claim your prize! Maybe! Winners will be announced at 9:00 p.m. Winners not present will be

contacted the following business day.

5. Prior to December 5 additional tickets may be purchased in the Faith Formation Office or can

be found on the table in the vestibule. Tickets will also be available for purchase the evening

of Advent by Candlelight (Actual baskets will be on display). For more information

COST FOR THE EVENING There is no charge for the evening but one of the purposes of Advent by Candlelight is to raise money for the Adult Faith Formation ministry. The funds raised will be used to pay off any expenses incurred for this event first and the balance used to bring in other renowned speakers throughout the year. We will accomplish this in 2 ways:
