Northridge National Junior Honor Society will be sponsoring a flip flop drive. The drive will begin Thursday, April 16th – Monday, April 27th. Students and teachers are being asked to bring an inexpensive pair of flip flops to give to someone in need. We will be donating our flip flops to the Community Rescue Mission. The Community Rescue Mission provides emergency shelter, meals, and employment guidance to those in a crisis or poverty. The entire school will be participating in this service project. All flip flops need to be adult sizes Extra Small – Extra Large. We will have an honor society member pick up your flip flops each day. There will be a class competition with the winning class from each grade receiving a Popsicle party. If you have any questions, please let us know.
