The ‘Hospital Demographic Information’ page now has a field to add the phone number of the hospital administrator

Upload Files:
•New! Hospitals may now upload multiple files for each question
•Each file is automatically saved once the ‘Upload’ button is clicked
•To upload more than one document for the same measure, select the ‘Browse…’ button
•New! There is now an ‘Upload Help’ button that allows the user to troubleshoot files that may be difficult to upload

‘Comments’ Tab
NEW! Hospitals can now view and respond to a comment from the PAV, per question directly from the Questionnaire page
NEW! A color coded system of arrows indicates if comments listed were sent by the PAV (red arrow) or by the hospital (green arrow)
The primary Q-HIP contact will still receive an e-mail notification that a comment has been made by the PAV
NEW! The e-mail message received when comments are sent by PAV now reads: “Comment has been added by PAV in the XXX section.”

Another method of viewing and responding to comments is to use the ‘Review Hospital Data’ section of the web tool
Under the ‘Admin’ section, choose ‘Review Hospital Data’
Then choose the section in which the email indicates comments are made (ex. IHI Improvement Map)
Then click on the ‘comments’ tab to review your comments
There’s a ‘Go To Question to Reply to Comments’ link which takes you back to the questionnaire page where you can reply to that comment

Review Hospital Data
Hospitals can now view comments in this section for any question
Click on the ‘Go to Question to Reply to Comments’ link, which returns the user to the Questionnaire section where the hospital can review comments and reply to the PAV
