STEP 1: Get an email with the subject line “Moodle is waiting for you.”


STEP 2: Read the instructions in the email and click on the www.freedomwritersinstitute.org link.

STEP 3: Click on “Yes, help me log in”


STEP 4: In the “Email address” field, enter the email address WHERE YOU RECEIVED THE EMAIL WITH THE LINK TO THE MOODLE FWI SITE.

STEP 5: Click “OK”


STEP 6: Click “Continue” and wait for an email from FWT Support. (You’ll be taken back to the main FWI Moodle log in page)


STEP 7: Check your inbox for an email from “FWT Support.”


STEP 8: Follow the instructions in the email and click on the link provided.


STEP 9: Click on “Continue.”


STEP 10: Go back to your email inbox and look for another email from FWT Support.


STEP 11: Take note of your current username and password.

STEP 12: Click on the link provided to change your password .


STEP 13: Enter the username and password sent to you in the email from FWT Support. Click on “Login.”


STEP 14: Follow the instructions on the screen and enter your current password (sent to you in the email from FWT Support) and your new easy-to-remember password (created by you). Click on “Save changes.”


STEP 15: Click “Continue.”


STEP 16: Read the Site Policy Agreement, click “Yes” if you agree to the terms.
