Your tasks• You support our regular customers and help to develop

new customers in Asia, especially in China• You review inquiries in terms of technical feasibility and

prepare offers, if technical and commercial reasonability is given

• You support the sales team in China in terms of fan selec-tion and pricing

• You analyze requirements in sales discussions with the customer, work out solutions together with the technical departments at Reitz and point out the best solutions to the customer

• You create and track offers, negotiate and conclude sales contracts

• You independently develop new markets, taking into ac-count the available product portfolio

• You elaborate marketing concepts to increase the brand awareness of Reitz

• You organize and support the internal communication of the sales staff

• You prepare sales and visit reports, work out annual bud-gets and regular sales forecasts

Our requirements• You have completed a technical education (e.g. mecha-

nical engineer) and posess good commercial knowledge (about 3-5 years work experience)

• You can vividly demonstrate complicated technical situa-tions

• You are familiar with selections of radial fans, technical analysis and offer processing. A good network in the fan industry is an advantage

• You can use common software tools or ERP systems wi-thout problems

• The command of the Chinese and English language in writ-ten and spoken is required. German skills will be an advan-tage but not mandatory

• You are able and willing to travel and are ready to face challenges abroad

• You are self-driven, motivated and ready to take over res-ponsibility

• You have a high level of integrity and loyalty• You posess a Chinese driving license
