Welcome to the Chef’s Table - Cooking Demonstration at Castello Brolio Spend a wonderful afternoon at castello Brolio (the birthplace of Chianti Classico) with chef Franco Sangiacomo to learn the secrets of the Tuscan kitchen. Franco will demonstrate how to prepare a few authentic dishes with an emphasis on fresh and seasonal ingredients. The setting will be intimate and interactive where you can ask questions and see first-hand how to create genuine Italian dishes. After the demonstration, there will be a private guided visit of the estate followed by a 4 course meal where you will sample some of the dishes prepared during the demonstration. Information Minimum number of people is 2 max. 6 people. The class is for all levels of cooking skills. All participants will be given aprons and will be able to take home printed recipes. The tour is offered every day (except Thursdays) by request only. Program 3:15 pm: Meeting point at the Enoteca 3:30 pm: Cooking demonstration 6:30 pm: Private estate visit (time permitting) 7:30 pm: Dinner at Osteria del Castello Reservation Price per person € 145.00 (all inclusive). Demonstration FREE for kids up to 16 years (payment directly at the Osteria for their dinner). To make a booking please contact Katja under [email protected]. She will handle your reservation, which needs to be confirmed with a 10 percent down payment of the total fee via credit card (we will send you the link). Once booked the balance will have to be settled directly with the Ricasoli winery via credit card 30 days prior the visit (info will be supplied by the staff of Castello Brolio).
