Dear Parishioners,
Happy Easter! Jesus is Risen, Alleluia!! Celebrate our new
life in Christ Jesus. The reality of the Resurrection is Jesus'
victory over sin & death. Not only 2000 years ago, Jesus is
alive today.
How can I say "Happy anything" during this terrible Covid
lockdown? Well, Jesus is not locked down at all. He is with
us with more love than we can imagine. Yes, we have had a
rather isolated, monastic Lent, but more time for God is not
a bad thing. Digital Catholicism has lit-up like High Mass.
Most of us have become more aware of the deep sufferings
and crosses that others are carrying.
Jesus' compassion, love and mercy overcomes all of our
fears and sufferings. Pray the Divine Mercy Novena & Chap-
let through next Sunday, Divine Mercy Sunday. On the sec-
ond Sunday of Easter, all Masses celebrate the Sunday of
Divine Mercy. For those who do, there is a huge reward:
Total Peace; Eternal Love; Never-Ending Mercy; Abundant
Graces; Endless Joy; True Wisdom; and Everlasting Life!
Thank YOU for being faithful parishioners!
Easter Blessings upon your family,
Father Gabriel

Thank You! Thank you to everyone for the prayers, food, cards and well
wishes I received during my surgery. There is a lot of power in
prayer. My surgical team was wonderful and thanks to the
good Lord, it was a success. Thanks to everyone.

Cluster News
No matter what's going on in the world, we as Catholics will still
observe Easter. The SCRIP program wants each and every one
of our SCRIP families and friends to know that the Glory of Je-
sus is upon us and that no matter what happens in our world,
good or bad, his love will rise with all of us.
SCRIP will no longer be available until further notice and those
signed up for ACH SCRIP will not be billed.
PLEASE be mindful of everyone around you. If you cough or
sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your el-
bow. DO NOT go out if you're sick (even just a little under the
weather). Stand 6 feet apart when you are in a public space
such as the grocery store or pharmacy. Check on your older
neighbors and friends to make sure they are ok as well. Stay
safe, stay healthy, stay strong.
Happy Easter to you all!! Our Easter Sunday is not what we
would have wanted it to be today but remember to remain
faithful and use this time for closeness to God in prayer.
MY ROCK AND MY FORTRESS
In you, O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to
shame; deliver me in your righteousness. Turn your ear to me,
come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong for-
tress to save me. Since you are my rock and my fortress, for
the sake of your name lead and guide me. -Psalm 31:1-3
Remember folks if you are in need of help getting groceries,
meds, etc. give the office or myself a call on my cell. We love
and care about you. Blessings.

Prayer for Healing
"One Sabbath, when Jesus went to eat in the house of a promi-
nent Pharisee, he was being carefully watched. There in front
of him was a man suffering from abnormal swelling of his
body. Jesus asked the Pharisees and experts in the law, “Is it
lawful to heal on the Sabbath or not?” But they remained si-
lent. So taking hold of the man, he healed him and sent him on
his way. Then he asked them, “If one of you has a childor an ox
that falls into a well on the Sabbath day, will you not immedi-
ately pull it out?” And they had nothing to say." ~ Luke 14:1-6
