24 ships manufactured by Seaforce IV in Palmetto were shipped by the shipping company Thorco from Port Manatee to Venezuela. The vessels are owned and operated by the National Venezuelan Oil Company – Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. and will be used to ferry workers to oil platforms.
