Welcome to Teko MiningA word of the owner

Bearing in mind that I have earlier been present in the eld of investments and economic infrastructure, this time from the beginning of 2014 my investments are focused on the real sector and on the production of basic construction materials.

I have decided to invest in Serbia again for many reasons. First of all, my presence and cooperation with the economy of this region lasts for a very long time. Over the years, experience has shown that the business environment, which consists primarily of people, is extremely open to successful cooperation and provides excellent conditions for achieving economic interests and goals.

Investing in Serbia has been beginning in 2014, where Teko Mining GmbH and I as its owner, have invested in the following quarries:

Ljubovija – quarry „Krš“

Batočina – quarry „Gradac“

Petrovac na Mlavi – quarry „Ladne vode“

Ćeramide – quarry „Ćeramide" at Rudnik

Vinča (asphalt basis) in Belgrade

Lapišnica – quarry at Republika Srpska

All these quarries, since the beginning of 2014, operate under the name Teko Mining. The total area of all these quarries is over 340 hectares, and total exploitation of stone reserves is in the amount of about 240 million tons.

Teko Mining is one of the largest private companies which producing various types of stone materials for needs of development and construction of infrastructure in Serbia. Our production capacity is about 3 million tons annually, and we are able to satisfy most of the market needs in terms of quality, quantity and delivery dynamics.

The total number of employees is 161 workers with salary above the average of the economy. All salaries are paid regularly and also are properly paid all legal obligations towards the state.

In order to improve production performance and quality of production, we gradually invest in replacing existing production equipment with a new, technically more modern.

Our business partners are private and public companies such as: Serbian Railways, Public utility road companies, Contractors on corridors X and XI and on the other roads in Serbia, as well as in other areas where the material, which we produce, are used.

We have a future vision of our development both in the territory of Serbia and in the region, and our commitment is to stay in Serbia for many years, to develop our business orientation and to adapt on the needs of the markets in Serbia and the region.

Production capacitiesBy quarries

Bearing in mind the total area of quarries, exploitation and total reserves, as well as the capacities of

available equipment and machinery, our quarries are able to produce 3,000,000 tons of stone

annually.

The production is dimensioned depending on the market needs.

Quarry Krš, Ljubovija

Quarry

The surface mine Krš is located near Ljubovija and its site of a technical stone dacite, is eruptive origin. This quarry has been active since 1954, and by 1968, it produced only a cut cube for the roads at that time. Since 1968, it has begun to produce asphalt aggregates.

The quarry has privatized in 2002, and in 2004, a modern new Metso Minerals plant was installed, with a capacity of 500,000 tons annually for all fractions.

Since 2014, the owner of PK Krš is Teko Mining Belgrade.

The Teko Mining owns its own laboratory, which carries out internal stone tests, while ofcial quality reports are issued by accredited laboratories in Serbia. For all the fractions that are produced, we have the appropriate reports.

The largest use of aggregates of this stone, exceptional hardness and quality, have in the construction of roads as asphalt mixtures or bearing layers of roads structure, and also used for railway.

Quarry Ćeramide, Rudnik

Quarry

On the mountain Rudnik there is a quarry Ceramide of eruptive stone, dacite, most often used in the construction of supporting layers of roads and highways structures, as well as for civil engineering and building construction.

In addition to these purposes, the eruptive stone can also be used for the construction of coastal pipelines, regulation of watercourses, construction of hydraulic structures, gabions and for other purposes.

Fractions produced at Ćeramide quarry have attests from accredited laboratory. The quarry was opened in 2007.

At the Ćeramide quarry is installed a combined crushing plant of renowned world known manufacturers KRUPP and METSO MINERALS, capacity of over 300 t / h.

Quarry Gradac, Batočina

Quarry

Quarry Gradac is located near Batocina, nearby highway E-75. The quarry is used for the exploitation of stone dolomite marble, limestone origin, which has wide application in road economy, especially for the construction of roads and highways, lower bearing constructions of bituminous materials in warm process for all types of trafc loads, as well as for production of wearing layers on roads with medium light and very light trafc load. It can also be used for production of cement concrete, including concrete exposed to wear and erosion. Stone from quarry Gradac is also used in building construction, as well as for the construction of coastal pipelines, watercourse regulation, and the construction of hydraulic structures, gabions and other.The stone fraction 31.5 - 63 mm is used as category II, for the production of railway ballast.For all products, fractions, tampons, ballast and ler, which are produced on the quarry in Batočina, we have certicates from accredited laboratory.The quarry has been active since 1952. Since June 2018, a new METSO plant has been installed, whose capacities are 330 t / h of the primary part of the plant and 220 t / h of the secondary part of the plant.

Quarry Ladne vode, Petrovac na Mlavi

Quarry

The "Ledne vode" quarry is located on the regional road, on 15 km from Petrovac to Žagubica, at the entrance to canyon Gornjačka. The stone that is being exploited is a dolomitized limestone.The primary use of this type of stone is for production of asphalt and concrete fractions, road tampons, stone for construction (civil engineering, building construction) and for all types of hydraulic structures.Accredited laboratories issue certicates for materials produced on quarry, based on tests carried out periodically in accordance with applicable regulations in the Republic of Serbia.Quarry has been active since 1947.Basic mobile equipment on quarry are - Atlas Copco ROC L6 drill machine, CAT 336 DLN ME and CAT 330 DL hydraulic excavators and CAT 980H loader.

The Vinča asphalt base is located in the municipality Grocka, 2 km from Smederevo road and 10 km from Belgrade, and nearby of the E 75 - Belgrade-Nis highway, which is part of the European Corridor 10.

The BENNINGHOVEN asphalt base with 12 hot bunkers, completely digitized and computerized, with a capacity of 240 t/h, which ranks it in the line of major asphalt bases, by capacities, in Serbia, as well as one of 3 in Europe that can simultaneously produce asphalt of eruptive and of limestone origin.

Quarry Lapišnica, Eastern Sarajevo

Quarry

Quarry Lapišnica is located in Bosnia and Herzegovina in Eastern Sarajevo.

The stone that is being exploited in Lapišnica is of limestone origin and is used mostly for infrastructure projects for production of asphalt, concrete production, and there is also a possibility of use in the chemical industry and pharmaceutical production.

Reports on the quality of stone, as well as in Serbia based on material testing, are issued by accredited laboratory. Quarry Lapišnica has certicates of factory production control, and that is for concrete aggregate, fractions 0/4, 4/8, 8/11, 11/16 mm in accordance with BAS-EN 12260 + A1: 2009, as well as certicate BAS EN-13340 for asphalt.

The quarry has started with work in 2006. The crushing plant of METSO MINERALS producer has a stone processing capacity of 500 t/h.

EquipmentTeko Mining

Mechanisation of Teko Mining consists of 64 mobile units which

are: excavators, loaders, dumpers, drilling machines, etc.

Special attention is paid to timely preventive maintenance.

Stone production and processing plants consist of primary,

secondary and tertiary crushers, as well as system for screening of

the manufacturer METSO MINERALS AND KRUPP.

In Batocina, we also have a mill for production of ler, which

works 24/7, and on which we receive a rst class ler.

Particular attention is being paid to crushing plants, in order to

ensure a consistently high quality of the output product. These

plants are capable to produce and to clean stone for all types of

works in the construction industry.

Teko Mining possess and two mobile crushing plants SANDVIK

and METSO MINERALS.

Vinča asphalt base is one of the newest in this region, capable to

deliver at the same time asphalts with eruptive and asphalts with

limestone fractions, because it has twelve hot bunkers which

makes it unique in Serbia. It owns a system for recycled asphalt in

colour. It is fully in capsule and has capacity of 240 t/h.

All business activities are in line with current standards and

customer comments are very rare on the quality of nished

products.

Human resources management is done through continuous

monitoring of employees' work, through training and

development.

Teko Mining is committed to identify and full requirements of all

internal and external customers of our products and services.

Customer satisfaction is achieved through the continuous

improvement of the quality of the products that contribute to the

process and by the efforts of employees. All conditions necessary

in this process are provided: resources, work environment,

training and continuous alignment with the requirements of the

Integrated Management System.

The quality management system is effectively applied and

enhanced to imply continuous improvement of product quality

in Teko Mining, which improves cooperation with customers.

The qual i ty management sys tem, the

environmental management system and the

safety and health at work are in accordance

with the requirements of the standards: SRPS ISO

9001: 2015, SRPS ISO 14001: 2015, SRPS ISO 18001:

2008 for eld of production and sales of stone

aggregates and asphalt mixtures.

Safety and Health at WorkTeko Mining

The quarries possess the appropriate technical documentation

and all the necessary approvals for the exploitation and

performance of mining works.

The validity of machines and equipment is regularly checked,

which is conrmed by the Professional Findings of machinery and

equipment for safe work, and all employees that are working at

an increased risk workplace are trained to perform their tasks

safely.

Protective equipment used for personal protection has

appropriate quality certicates. For the execution of mining

works on all quarries, the services of external companies are

used. The risk assessment act was made according to the valid

systematization for all workplaces in the company.

At Vinca asphalt base production is done by using preventive

measures for safe and health work, monitoring on environmental

impacts is carried out in order to reduce them.

Environmental ProtectionTeko Mining

Implementation of environmental measures in Teko Mining is a

high priority. The compliance of Teko Mining with the laws and

regulations in the eld of environmental protection has been

carried out.

Based on identied environmental aspects, analysis of potential

accident cases, analysis of types and quantities of generated

waste, analysis of monitoring reports and on the basis of

achieved goals in the previous year, the environmental goals for

the next period are proposed with the goal to:

• Reduce the amount of hazardous waste that is generated

• Reduce the resources spent in performing activities

• Monitor the inuences and thus complete control is

achieved

• Improve the employees' attitudes constantly and increase

of ecological awareness among all employees

Business resultsTeko Mining

New owner of the company took measures in order to restructure

the organization of business, all with the goal of achieving

positive business results.

The company operates protable and nancing of current

production is largely ensured from its own working capital, with

minimal use of bank loans. From year to year investments in

equipment were growing, so in 2018 the total investment was 6

million euros.

Placement of products which are produced in quarries

operating within Teko Mining is carried out on the local market,

on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and

Herzegovina.

Teko Mining is a medium-sized company and annual nancial

statements have been conrmed by “the Moore Stephens”

audit company, and consolidated balance sheet at Teko Mining

GmbH by the BDO Group.

The main application the products have in the construction and

maintenance of roads and highways, as well as railways, water

management facilities, electric power industry and other

infrastructure areas.

In addition to major infrastructure projects, a signicant amount

of products is being distributed through local government

bodies, especially public companies involved in the

maintenance of local road infrastructure, so a large number of

our customers are public companies in the municipalities where

our quarries are located, as well as the municipalities and in their

surround.
