What will my work space be like?• 9.5’ X 14’ (approx. 66 sq. ft. per person)• 54” side panels with glass windows• A storage tower with 4 file drawers• An individual coat closet• A mobile pedestal with a file drawer,
pencil drawer, and a seat cushion for guest seating
• A divider with 32” of shelf space• A tack board• An adjustable lamp• YOUR ergonomically fitted chair• YOUR personally adjusted desk height
What will my office look like?• 10.5’ x 11’ (approx 115 sq. ft.)• No exterior windows; clear glass front wall• A storage tower with 2 file drawers and
1 vertical closed storage• A mobile pedestal with a file drawer,
pencil drawer, and a seat cushion for guest seating
• A bookcase with 2 lateral file drawers• An overhead storage cabinet• 2 guest chairs• YOUR ergonomically fitted chair• YOUR personally adjusted desk height
What do I need to know?• Sorting/Scanning/Shredding • Packing supplies• Personal items• Kitchen supplies• Be safe and follow the provided lifting guidelines!• Orientation to the new building and the neighborhood
