From the SouthTake the Olive Mill Road exit from Highway 101 (note theWestmont sign on the freeway). Turn right on Olive MillRoad. Turn left at Hot Springs Road. Turn right onSycamore Canyon Road and follow it through one four-way stop and on to Cold Spring Road which is the secondstop sign. Turn right on Cold Spring Road and continue tothe Cold Springs Road entrance to campus. Turn left intocampus.

From the NorthTake the Hot Springs Road exit from Highway 101 (notethat this is a left lane exit). Turn left under the freeway anddrive to the intersection of Coast Village Road and HotSprings Road. Turn left onto Hot Springs Road. Turn left atthe next stop sign, Sycamore Canyon Road. FollowSycamore Canyon Road through one four-way stop andon to Cold Spring Road which is the second stop sign.Turn right on Cold Spring Road and continue to the ColdSprings Road entrance to campus. Turn left into campus.

Bus Parking InformationBusses should be parked at the track. You may loadand unload passengers on the campus road in frontof Murchison Gymnasium.

Bus Idling RegulationsBusses are not permitted to idle except in the processof loading and unloading passengers.

Visitor ParkingGuests who are visiting Westmont may park in any parking space,except where it is restricted (e.g. faculty only, service vehiclesonly, fire lanes, unmarked areas). Our public safety officer mayplace a notice on the vehicle, which serves as a temporary permit.

Visiting Team Information

The Athletic Training Room, located next to the pool and directly behind the gym, is open Monday-Friday from 1:00to 7:00 p.m. and two hours prior to the start of games.

The following athletic training services will be available toyour team on the day of competition:

* Use of our facilities for taping and treatments.* A certified athletic trainer will be on site.* A physician will be on-call for phone consultation.

The following supplies will be provided at each event:* Water* Water bottles or cups* Injury ice and bags* Biohazard Kit* Towels (indoor sports only and not for shower use)* Emergency Equipment (crutches, splints, spine board)

If your team is traveling without an athletic trainer, or with anon-certified athletic trainer, please:

* Notify the Westmont ATCs in advance at 805-565-6014or [email protected].

* Send any taping supplies that your team requires.* Send a written list of athletes who will need treatment

(include parameters for modalities).

Regular Season Games:Tickets are sold at men’s and women’s basketball games andat men’s and women’s soccer games. There is no admissioncharge for volleyball or baseball.

General admission tickets are five dollars each. A student,whether high school or a college other than Westmont, maypurchase a ticket for three dollars. Children 14 and under areadmitted free of charge. Westmont students are admittedfree of charge, as are Westmont faculty, staff and their chil-dren.

NAIA and GSAC Lifetime Pass holders will be admitted with-out charge. Individuals holding passes issued by WestmontAthletics will also receive free admission in keeping with theconditions indicated on the pass. Parents of visiting teamsmust purchase a ticket.

When a men’s and women’s doubleheaderis scheduled, the ticket is for both games.

Postseason Games:GSAC Tournaments: Only GSAC and NAIApasses will be honored at GSAC Tourna-ment games. Students and parents mustpurchase tickets for admittance. Only NAIApasses will be honored at NAIA Tourna-ment games.

Visiting Media:Members of the press should contact the Sports InformaitonOffice to reserve a place at a press table. Internet and phoneaccess is available in Murchision Gymnasium. Fax service isavailable in the Athletic Office. Statistical services will beprovided to the working press. Still and video cameraper-sons will be given access to photograph the game.

Visiting Broadcast Teams:Please call the Westmont Sports Information Office severaldays in advance to make arrangements to broadcast agame. We will provide a table and chair from which to viewthe game, telephone and internet access in MurchisonGymnasium and statistical services. If you need to dial along distance number, you will need to make arrangementsto cover the costs of the call.

Media Information:Normally, the Sports Information Office is in contact beforegame day with the visiting team’s SID to obtain media con-tact information. Game results will be sent via email or faxto the media for visiting teams. If you have a special re-quest or need related to the media, please ask for the SportsInformation Director at the scorer’s table.

Game Management:Sports Information personnel are normally on location atleast one hour in advance of the schedule start time. If youhave any special requirements related to game manage-ment, please ask for the Sports Information Director at thescorer’s table.

Game Results:Results, box scores and stories are posted on the Westmontathletics web eite (www.westmont.edu/athletics) followingeach game. Box scores will also be distributed to the mediaand to coaching staffs. Golden State Athletic ConferencePolicy prohibits the distribution of game statisticis to fansand parents.

Westmont Broadcasts:Live Stats broadcasts are provided whenever internet accessis available for soccer, volleyball, basketball and baseballgames. Internet video broadcasts are provided for mosthome men’s and women’s basketball games. Some men’sbasketball home games are also broadcast on local radio.Please check the Westmont Athletics web site for more in-formation.
