Hyde ‘Sherry Finish’ Single Malt 18Aged for 10 years in flame charred bourbon casks and then aged a further 10 months is oloroso sherry casks this whiskey is wonderfully smooth yet complex with notes of caramel, apricot and honey. Delightfully peachy on the nose with a rich and oaky finish

Hyde ‘Rum Finish’ Single Malt 22Like the sherry finish, this rich and spicy whiskey is first aged for 10 years in flame charred bourbon casks and then spends a further 8 months in charred Caribbean rum casks.
