Each day is very important. Please do your best to make appointments after school, if possible. We are learning from the 8:30 bell to 3:00 dismissal.

Agendas:Agendas will be going home daily (M-Th) starting this week. I will initial them each night (most nights...)Please look sign them each night. Feel free to add a note, if you want.

Homework: Math 10-15 minutes; practice from the lesson and/or math facts.Reading: Reading At Home (more info later) or 20 minutes nightly.

I believe homework should reinforce what we are learning in class, not to be busy work. Please advise me if HW is taking too long.

Homework is not graded, but is important to make sure students are able to do the course work.

EOG, Report Cards, Conferences

The EOG is coming in May. My goal is to provide skills and strategies for the kids for the testing world they have now entered. It is a "LIFE" skill, not a TEST skill.

Report Cards go home quarterly.Interim Reports go home mid-quarter for all students.

Conferences:Fall conferences on Other times, just give me a call.I am here from 7 AM - 5:00 most days (unless it's soccer carpool...)

We need:

Data notebook binders (2 binders for our class)
