OUR STORY … IN BRIEF• More than 130 years in the community
• A branch church of St. Paul’s, Castle Hill (up to 2010)
• Prior to 2000 a faithful ministry by retired clergy
• Attendance in 2000 (33 average) with one service
• Second service started in July 2005 when Oakhill
Family Church joined us
• 2005 plans underway to expand church buildings
• October 2007 - the extended church was opened
• Loan - $315,000 which was repaid in 3 years
• October 2010 – we became a provisional parish
• P/T Children’s Minister appointed in January 2010
• F/T Assistant Minister appointed in January 2012
• Acquisition of 31 Glenhaven Road commenced in
February 2012 and completed in July 2012
• The funding miracle ($1.8m from $1.1m donations
plus loans from Diocese)
• Youth Group and 6.00pm Church started
• House, Office and Hub on-site
• And so the story continues …
