Founded 1973 during the oil crisis in Germany 1985 Concentration on Dutch aftermarket. 1986 Further development of filtration technology
by P.G.W. Nieuwland. 1992 -1996 expanded aftermarket through
importers and agents and concentrated on high end hydraulic micro filtration systems.
1997 Started association with Lockheed Martin USA.
1998 Introduction to Ford USA by Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems.
2001 Sourced by Ford as OE supplier.

2007 Merged NoDelCo into NTZ Manufacturing. 2007 Oscoda Facility Receives ISO 9001
Certification. 2007 Contracted by major heavy duty off road
equipment manufacturer for developmental work on oil filtration solutions for their Mobile Equipment, as well as their Process Equipment.
2007 Working with a major Transmission Manufacturer on a new filter project.
2009 Moved to current facility in Wixom, MI and added Filter testing capabilities for non-certified required testing. (Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Particle count, Durability, ISO code)
